I’m an established marketing manager with 17+ years of experience in social media, marketing operations, and communications.

 

I’ve worked with big firms, boutique agencies, and in-house to help companies grow communities and increase social authority.

I specialize in social media audits, in-depth analysis, and strategic project and campaign management. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for process improvements, I excel in overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives.

Most recently, I led the global social media strategy and team at Zendesk for seven years. Earlier in my career, as a sub-contractor to BentoBox Media, I was a member of the social media team for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for four years, which was named the “Most Socially Savvy Hotel” in Inc’s Business Travel 50.

I'm currently based in Thousand Oaks, California with my husband and two children.
